You can rest assured that all SSS operatives assigned to Front of House or Concierge roles have passed our demanding selection and recruitment processes, and have successfully completed a qualification in customer service.

From dealing with telephone enquiries, meeting and greeting visitors, monitoring CCTV, issuing passes and booking visitors in and out, our staff will represent your organisation at the coal face with the level of consistency, quality and professionalism you would expect.

Alternatively, if you would prefer to have your own staff perform front-of-house duties, we can offer an in-house hospitality training module that covers reception and concierge duties. This flexible course can be tailored to your specific requirements when delivered to your team.
